Bhumin International wishes to appoint Dealers
in different cities of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. These
Dealers would be responsible for direct marketing of the Companys
products in their respective areas. |
- Bhumin International would support the Dealer by training their
staff, supplying publicity material and advertisement support.
|
- The Dealer would be totally responsible for demonstration, collecting
orders, product installation as well as servicing during the warranty
period.
|
- Spares required during warranty period would be supplied free
of cost by the Company.

| INVITATION FOR DEALERS

| |
- The Company for its expansion plan is inviting Dealers who can
take care of sales in virgin territories. The Dealer would be
a person
|
| |
- Preferably who has experience in Selling/ Business of Electronics
or Office Equipment and would involve himself in direct marketing
in this field
o With ambition and drive to grow
o With clear concept of Business
|
| |
- Dealer will have to appoint at least One direct marketing sales
personnel and one service/ installation person to operate in his
area
|
| |
- Dealer to keep minimum 5 Machines ( HT05 Model ), including
one demo machine, in his stock to begin with. The same should
be increased to 8 units within 6 months time
|
| |
- Co. will supply product at a discount on MRP for sale in his
area.
|
| |
- Dealer will have to make all efforts to reach a level, within
3 months, where he manages minimum 10 Machines ( HT05 Model )
sales per month
|
| |
- As per our business model Dealers can earn Rs.45,000/- per month
on an average sale of 10 pieces/month.
|

|
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
|

|
Followings are the terms and conditions for becoming
a Dealer of our Company :- |
| |
- The Dealer shall purchase min 5 units, including Demo Machine
of HT05 Model in first lot..
|
| |
- In 6 months, we expect the Dealers business to grow to
15 plus units a month, so suggest to build a stock of minimum
8 machines and maintain necessary spare parts inventory also
|
| |
- Dealer shall recruit minimum 1 Sales Personnel & 1 Service
Technician. ( can be part time also ) and increase gradually to
achieve the sales target.

| |
- The Company shall arrange for training of the Sales & Service
personnel of the Dealer. Dealer shall be responsible for arranging
installation & providing full fledged after sales services
to his customers during & after the warranty period. During
warranty period spares required against any manufacturing defect
shall be replaced/ supplied by the Company.

| |
- The Company shall depute Senior Marketing/Service people to
Dealers territory at regular intervals to provide full technical
& moral support.
|
| |
- Advertisement, publicity etc. inputs will be provided at the
discretion of the Company. only.
|
| |
- During the Agency period, the Dealer shall not deal with any
of the competitors or similar line of product.
|

| COMPANY SYSTEMS SUPPORT

| |
- All POP e.g., Catalogues, Danglers, Posters, Insertions etc.
would be provided by the Company.
|
| |
- Newspaper advertisement will be released by the Company on achieving
basic minimum volume in the area. (Basic minimum volume to be
decided between the Dealer and the Company in advance.)
|
| |
- Necessary training for Sales & Service Personnel would be
provided by the Company.
|
| |
- Spare parts under warranty period would be replenished free
of cost by the Company.
